Project Accounting: Lead job cost reviews, monitor project budgets, and perform variance analysis to provide actionable insights for project managers.

Financial Reporting: Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring GAAP compliance and reporting accuracy.

Accounting Knowledge: strong foundational knowledge of GAAP and experience in medium-to-large scale organizational workflows.

Communication: Ability to translate complex financial data into clear reports for executives and external stakeholders.

Efficiency: A results-driven approach with an interest in using technology/AI to improve operational accuracy.
